The Institution holds a robust transport system facilitating easy mobility of students and staff from nearby town and villages, at a radius of 60 kM from the college covering Sivagangai, Pudukottai and Ramanathapuram districts. Ample number of buses are operated every day and hassle free journey is an experience of people travel to the campus. Safety and Security are always given prime importance with experienced drivers operate our buses and the transport department provides timely updates related to any change in bus-routes.

• The Transport Section is managed by a transport committee under the chairmanship of the Principal.
• The Transport Section of SRRCET has 28 buses, 1 Tata Ace, 1 Bolero, 1 Jeep and 1 Omni Van.
• Apart from regular pick-up and drop of students and staff, the buses are also provided for academic, industrial, cultural and festival activities for students and staff.
• The Buses reach the Campus before 9.00 A.M and leave the campus after 4.15 P.M. on regular working days
• The TATA Ace is employed for in-house usage, notably transportation of canteen materials, book parcel services and construction materials.
• The Bolero is utilized for VIP and guest transportation services.
